KNS Productions (NYC) Signs With Razor & Tie Music Publishing

NYC-based production team KNS Productions (Brian Kierulf and Josh Schwartz) has signed a worldwide publishing deal with Razor & Tie Music Publishing.

KNS has produced songs for Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, The Backstreet Boys, Aaron Carter, and Forever The Sickest Kids. The duo recently had a #1 hit platinum single in Australia with Ricki-Lee (EMI).

Kierulf and Schwartz met while still in high school and played in multiple New Jersey Shore Bands together. Early production gigs came working alongside hip-hop producer Rashad “Tumblin Dice” Smith, and then the first 50 Cent album “Power Of the Dolla” (Columbia) where they produced and co‐wrote “Thug Love”, a duet with 50 Cent And Destiny’s Child.

KNS went on to work with Zomba Music Publishing, and produced two multiplatinum albums for Britney Spears. In 2010 KNS won a Grammy for their work on Lady Gaga’s The Fame/Fame Monster – they co-wrote and co-produced the song “Summerboy”.
