LA Event Alert: IMSTA FESTA LA — Saturday, May 13th
LA denizens have their very own IMSTA FESTA LA to look forward to: It’s happening Saturday, May 13th at SAE Institute LA from 11 AM to 6 PM.
As always, IMSTA FESTA (put on by the International Music Trade Software Association) is free to attend. With its focus on music technology, it offers up a full day of panels, workshops, master classes, song critiques, demos galore and more.
Dave Pensado and Herb Trawick of Pensado’s Place, will keynote at noon sharp. Other highlights include Michael Boddicker hosting a “Modular Synthesis Master Class” and a David Das-led workshop on “Composing for Film, TV, Games.”
