Joe Lambert Masters Moby, Ninjasonik, Free Energy, Film Scores
Joe Lambert Mastering has been working on some great projects of late, including Moby‘s “Megamix” and “Chill Out Mix” albums/DJ sets, as well as “Sunday” (main and acoustic) singles, and EMI and DFA’s collaboration on Yacht‘s “Afterlife” remixes, along with Free Energy‘s “B Side Masters.”
JLM also recently mastered Ninjasonik‘s new record, Art School Girls, for CD and vinyl, due out 4/20 on Brooklyn-based Green Owl Records.
JLM is now offering new lower rates — including great “CD with Vinyl” packages, and a second tier of mastering with Joe Lambert’s long-time apprentice Roman Vail. For more information, visit: http://www.joelambertmastering.com.
And in other recent JLM sessions…After mastering Globes on Remote‘s debut record, The Woo Hoo Hoo, last year, Lambert mastered the Los Angeles indie-pop band’s new EP.
Lambert’s also mastered Harmony: The Road to Carnegie Hall (a film about the YouTube Symphony Orchestra) by composer James Lavino, Irish folk-rock singer/songwriter Anthony Furey‘s debut album, I’ve Been Here Before, Blame The Patient‘s debut self-titled album, and Brooklyn’s Translations’ debut EP City Kid for CD and 7″ vinyl.
Brooklyn metal band Kings Destroy brought their thrashing new release to JLM for mastering and — on the other end of the spectrum — so did Dean & Britta. Lambert mastered Dean & Britta‘s new double-album 13 Most Beautiful: Songs For Andy Warhol’s Screen Tests.
JLM also recently mastered Michael Montes‘ collection of film scores.
