The Saratoga Springs-based advertising agency, Fingerpaint, has acquired the John Stoyrk-designed Cotton Hill Studios, an audio and video production facility in Albany.
Cotton Hill’s staff of five will join Fingerpaint, and Cotton Hill will be rebranded as a Fingerpaint office. Beyond that, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
