Post Moves: Sound Lounge Promotes Mike Gullo to EP, Adds Producer Liana Rosenberg

NYC audio post facility Sound Lounge has promoted one of its staffers, as well as making a new addition to its team.

First, the inside job: Mike Gullo has been promoted from Senior Producer to Executive Producer. In his new position as EP, Gullo will oversee all production and growth efforts surrounding Sound Lounge’s core business. This includes mixing, sound design and casting for television and radio commercials, digital content, and interactive media.

Before he joined Sound Lounge, Gullo held the title of Marketing Coordinator at Carl Fischer Music, where he worked to raise brand awareness and built the company’s customer base through cultivating relationships. He is a graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in Studio Music & Jazz Voice.

Second is the fresh face: Newly added producer Liana Rosenberg will report to Gullo and will be responsible for client relations, accounting, and helping to oversee production.

Liana comes to Sound Lounge from NYC audio post-production company Hyperbolic Audio, where she served as Production Coordinator, working on content across a variety of mediums, including commercials and animations. Rosenberg graduated with a Bachelors in Decision Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters in Multicultural and Bilingual Education from University of Alcala de Henares in Madrid.

Rosenberg will report to Gullo, who will report to Sound Lounge partners Marshall Grupp, Tom Jucarone and Peter Holcomb.
