Lauten Audio Expands “Series Black” Line with Two New Condenser Microphones

Not long after launching their new “Series Black” line with the affordable vacuum-tube LA-320 design, Lauten Audio has just now added two new microphones to the menu, aiming to provide a series of gateway microphones into the world of professional studio recording:

Series Black LA-220
The large diaphragm condenser microphone is made with a U.S.-made JFET amplifier. Features include a cardioid polar pattern, 120 Hz low-cut filter, and 12 kHz high-cut filter, transformer balanced output, and spider-style shock mount.

An affordable pair of small diaphragm condensers don't get much better than this.
