Sonnox Releases Oxford Envolution – Envelope Shaping Plug-In

Sonnox has utilized their expertise of mixing plug-ins to create the Oxford Envolution.

Envolution introduces spectral control over the attack and sustain of an audio source.

A versatile envelope can drastically alter a transient audio source — from increasing sustain, attack, and in this case, isolation of the two. How much more versatile does Envolution take envelope shaping?

Tilt and Focus modes enable spectral control over what frequency content the shaping is being applied to. The controls can accomplish tasks from introducing more presence, to creating distance, or playing with a combination of both to the extreme for drastic results.

The Oxford Evolution plug-in from Sonnox is available now for $270 MSRP in AAX Native, Audio Units, and VST formats. An AAX DSP format is also available for $435 MSRP.
