Best Producer & Engineer Nominees for the 2018 GRAMMY Awards
Earlier this week, NARAS announced the nominees for the 60th Annual GRAMMY Awards. With the ceremony set to take place in New York City for the first time since 2003, expect this year’s event to have some extra pizazz as it unfolds on January 28.
While the brightest spotlight will be on the star artists, many producers and engineers will get their due thanks to categories that specifically laud their achievements. Below, see the categories that these audio experts will be competing in.
As you peruse the list, keep in mind the myriad tracking engineers, mixers, mastering engineers, and scores more audio pros that made every recorded work possible in all of the Grammy categories – 32 in all covering hundreds of releases.
