EMI Readies Itself for Possible Sale

The multinational record/publishing company EMI has announced that a process is in motion to “explore potential strategic alternatives” for the company.

EMI may once again be up for sale.

In Manhattan, EMI Music maintains offices on Fifth Avenue, and EMI Publishing is on 9th Avenue. A sale would doubtless affect the employees at both NYC offices.
