Audient Introduces iD4 Compact Audio Interface
Influenced by the success of their original iD14, Audient has gone and produced the iD4. The portable, bus-powered interface encapsulates one of Audient’s JFET D.I. and one of their class-A console preamps found in their flagship ASP8024 Heritage Edition mixing consoles.

iD4 is aimed toward budding producers and singer/songwriters who want to quickly produce quality recordings from the get go. The minimal interface features a large multi-purpose encoder that utilizes ‘ScrollControl’, enabling users to manipulate volume, scroll wheel, plug-in parameters, write automation, and scroll through an iTunes music library.
New features in the iD4 include Monitor Mix and Monitor Pan, allowing users to pan D.I. and mic pre sources for near zero latency monitoring.
