Focusrite and iZotope join forces to offer free delay plugin for Clarett users.
Focusrite has now teamed up with iZotope to offer customers of its Clarett interfaces a free copy of DDLY Dynamic Delay (retail $49). In addition, Clarett customers are eligible to receive a 30% discount off Neutron (retail $249) throughout July and August.
DDLY is a one-of-a-kind effects plugin that delays the signal differently depending on the character of the sound, without turning tracks to aural mud. With the low latency environment that Clarett interfaces afford, users can truly go to town with their plugins, taking full advantage of the powerful tools iZotope offers.
The Neutron mixing plugin combines the latest innovations in analysis and metering with award-winning audio processing. With powerful features like Track Assistant and Masking Meter, Neutron helps people quickly reach an optimal starting point, clearly identify perceptual frequency collisions, and gain full creative control over their mix.
iZotope releases the Elements bundle.
Repair and edit audio using essential repair tools like De-Clip, De-Hum and De-Click with RX Elements. For your mix, wield futuristic mixing technologies like Track Assistant and EQ Learn with Neutron Elements. Focusrite welcomes zplane to the Plug-In Collective with vielklang LE.
This month’s Focusrite Plug-in Collective offer is a free zplane audio harmonization plugin (worth over £70) for customers who have registered Focusrite hardware before August 3rd.
vielklang LE is a versatile vocal editing tool and harmony generator for musicians, songwriters and producers. It creates backing vocals and brass sections with up to four voices in a more musical way than traditional harmony processors. Utilizing sophisticated voice-leading and harmony progression models, vielklang LE generates more natural and musical arrangements rather than producing plain parallel voicing. The piano-roll display allows complete control over every pitch of every voice.
Once registered for the Plug-In Collective, you can log into your Focusrite account to access the vielklang LE plugin.
Radial announces ToneBone Cab-Link is now shipping.
The Cab-Link is a simple and compact solution for players who have a single speaker output on their amplifier but want to connect two cabinets simultaneously.
Completely passive with no need for power, the Cab-Link combines two cabinets in either series or parallel configuration, which allows their total impedance to match the output impedance of the amp. Both cabinets are connected via speaker cables to outputs A and B, and an easy-to-use guide on the top of the Cab-Link lets you know which input to connect your amp to, depending on the impedance ratings of your cabinets.
The Cab-Link also features a line output, which can be used to feed another amplifier or an effects unit. A dedicated level control allows for fine-tuning of this output. The Cab-Link can easily handle amp outputs of up to 400 watts, is built in Canada with high quality components, and comes with Radial’s 3-year warranty.
Street price for the Cab-Link is $79.99.
