Where is my download link?
You can find your download link to any purchased course in the original email from Sendowl.
If you need a new download link for any course you’ve purchased, simply click here and enter the email address you purchased the course with, and it will send you a download link.
If you still need help, you can send us an email here. Important: Please provide us with either the email address you purchased the course with, or the Sendowl Order ID (can be found in the original order email receipt).
How do I reset my download link?

email us here if you have run out of download attempts. Please let us know the email address you purchased the course with, or your Sendowl Order ID (this is in the original email receipt you received).
What's the difference between downloadable courses and membership?
The courses are currently available as downloadable mp4-format videos that you purchase once and keep forever.
Membership is currently available through a monthly subscription on YouTube, but does not give access to the courses. It provides access to regular Q&A sessions and mix feedback sessions. A coupon code for courses is available for community members.
What if I already own a few courses and need a custom bundle?

Which Justin Colletti course should I start with?
These courses can be taken in any order you prefer.
If in doubt about where to begin, Mixing Breakthroughs can be an ideal starting point, as it gives the perfect roadmap and mental framework for mixing as a whole.
However, if you’re having trouble with compression, EQ or mastering in particular—or if you are especially excited by one of those topics—feel free to start with any of those courses instead
I am having trouble downloading the files!
No worries! We realize these are pretty large bundles of video files.
If you’re having any trouble downloading, our first recommendation would be to delete the files and try downloading using a different browser, computer, or internet connection, and without any third-party download managers.
If you’re still having trouble, shoot us an email here and we’ll try to help you with an alternate download link.
What's in my download link?
The download link for our training courses provides a .zip file containing the course videos in mp4 format, as well as any supplemental multitrack recordings, eBooks, guides, or other course files.
Please note: The files are in .zip format, so typically they will need to be downloaded on a computer with the exception of some of the included eBooks.
Can I get an invoice?
The receipt and order confirmation emailed to you at time of purchase should work as an invoice for most purposes.
If you need something specific, please email us here with your order number and any specific details you need included.
What if I need a refund?
You have one full month to go through the entire course. If you’re unhappy with the training for any reason, simply
email our dedicated support team, and we’ll issue a
prompt and full refund. No questions asked.
