Comma Music Promotes Becca Major to EP in LA, Adds Andy Lykens as Integrated Producer in NYC
There are major personnel moves on both coasts for the prolific music house Comma Music.
In Santa Monica, Becca Major has risen to the position of Executive Producer. Meanwhile, Comma’s recently launched NYC studios has brought on Andy Lykens as Integrated Producer, a newly created position.
Major has been with Comma Music since 2008, and previously was Senior Producer in the company’s Chicago studio. Commercial projects in her portfolio include Coke Zero, Nissan, iPhone/Apple, and Nike. She moved to LA earlier in 2013, and expanded her remit to include film, TV, gaming, digital, and mobile, in addition to advertising.
Meanwhile, over NYC way, Lykens’ focus will be on branded business development, leveraging eight years of music partnership experience to his new role. As Integrated Producer, he will work closely with Comma Managing Director Bonny Dolan and A&R/Music Supervisor Michael Paoletta.
Before Comma, Lykens was Director of the Warner/Chappell Music-owned publishing company Non-Stop Music. Most recently, Lykens served as manager of the independent music publisher, Imagem. Highlight projects he oversaw while at Imagem include a cover version of “All Shook Up” that he oversaw for Trojan, which rose to the top 10 of the iTunes Singer/Songwriter Top 200 chart.
