Electronic Music Foundation to Record Bora Yoon for 1/27 Studio Recording Creative Group

Bora Yoon will be recording at EMF Studios on Thursday, 1/27.

The Electronic Music Foundation (EMF) announced that it will be recording the experimental multi-instrumentalist Bora Yoon this coming Thursday, 1/27 at their studios.

The session will be the focus of EMF’s Studio Recording Creative Group. Part of EMF’s creative resource center, Creative Groups are a group of professionals who acquire new skills through collaborative problem solving and technical support in an ongoing learning process. According to the purpose, membership, goals, management, and agenda of a particular group, a Creative Group may include technical sessions, tutorials, studio time, meetings, group discussions, visiting consultants, and networking events.

The Studio Recording Creative Group at EMF Studios meets this and every Thursday from 6 to 9pm. EMF explains, “We’ll record. We’ll use Pro Tools. We’ll mix. We’ll solve problems. No matter whether you’re a novice or an experienced engineer, you will advance your skills, refine your sense of sound, and solve problems collaboratively with colleagues.”
