My favorite new album, Little Genius, by NYC artist Marilyn Carino enters the galaxy with a bang of a record release party tonight, October 28th, 8:00 PM at 116 (116 W. MacDougal) in the West Village.

Get enveloped tonight at 116.

Entirely self-produced, written and recorded by Carino, “Little Genius” is an absorbing electronic/organic journey, fronted by her uniquely rich and entrancing voice.

The record’s production was split between her Bensonhurst, Brooklyn studio and Atlanta.

Already well-known for her status as the singer/songwriter half of Mudville, Carino will be accompanied by a full band tonight as she takes the stage.
