Event Choice: “The Whole Music Business”, June 18th in NYC
Want to quicken your learning curve? Brooklyn-based music attorney Alan Johnson seems confident he can do just that with his workshop, “The Whole Music Business”.
Johnson is following up Boston and Washington, DC appearances with an NYC workshop taking place on June 18, from 6:30 to 10 pm. The cost of admission is $249.
We were intrigued by Johnson’s description of TWMB as “the music business workshop that I needed when I was a 22-year old musician on the verge of spending thousands of hours and dollars pursuing my passion for music as a livelihood.”
A former gigging drummer, Johnson’s forward-thinking agenda is aimed at providing intensive training for producers, singers, songwriters, bands, and managers who are looking to increase their music business proficiency. Networking and light refreshments are part of this three-hour workshop, which is held in a private hotel ballroom.
