Focusrite Introduces Red 1 500 Series Mic Pre

A new 500 series mic pre with an impressive pedigree is headed our way.
Focusrite continues to roll out new recording solutions from every angle, with the introduction of the Red 1 500 series Mic Pre. The new module represents a return of Focusrite’s Red Series mic preamp, part of the critically praised Red Range that was originally launched in 1992, and caught notice for its ability to work with a wide range of instruments and microphones.
The Focusrite Red 1 500 uses the same circuit design and components as the original Red 1 mic pre.
