iZotope and RZA Launch iDrum Beat Contest

iZotope and Wu-Tang Clan’s RZA have launched a contest around the new iDrum: RZA of Wu-Tang iPhone app.

To enter, download the app to your iPhone, craft an original beat using the kits provided, and share it with friends through Facebook or Twitter.

The act of sharing your beat instantly enters your submission into the contest where RZA himself will personally review it.

The contest runs through 11:59 PM EST on April 29, 2010. The winner will be announced via iZotope’s Twitter account, and therefore participants are strongly encouraged to follow @iZotopeInc to see if they have won.

In addition having his or her beat uploaded to the app for all others to hear, the winner will receive a signed copy of RZA’s second book The Tao of Wu along with an iZotope software prize package.
