The HM-1x is the next generation of the mic that launched KEL. The HM-1x features the same proven capsule and circuit topology, but has received significant component upgrades and mechanical upgrades. You’ll find big high-grade WIMA capacitors all over the PC board, as well as an ultra smooth styroflex cap between the capsule and FET for incredible detail and transparency.
