LSR Audio Announces Two New Plugins: DynamicsDetail, Single Knob Dynamics
LSR Audio is not resting over the weekend! Today, the wily French software developer announced two new dynamics plugins to their product line.
DynamicsDetail takes the LSR Audio approach to compression.
DynamicsDetail, $49 USD, is an intuitive compressor/expander plugin for VST, RTAS and AU hosts on Mac and Windows. Its features include:
• Original compression algorithm
• Reduce or amplify attacks
• Boost or attenuate sustain
• Mix control
• Master level (does not affect dry signal)
SK_Dynamics, $16, is a simplified version of DyanmicsDetail from the Single Knob Series:
• Reduce or increase the dynamic range of your tracks with only one knob.
• Output level is automatically compensated.
Also, potential users have until July 31st to get 50% off the LSR Vintage Pack, which includes WARMultipress, COMPrime and TUBEnhance.
In addition, all of LSR Audio’s existing plugins have been updated. Updates are free for owners of these plugins, on the downloads http://www.lsraudio.com/downloads.php page.
For all the plugins:
• USB activation: nomad users can now chose to activate LSR audio plugins on a removable USB drive and use them on several computers
• A license manager program is now available to ease activation or activate from a connected computer for use on an unconnected one (with USB activation)
• Activation with a limited rights account on OSX now works
• Knobs drawing bugs that appeared in a few hosts are now fixed
• Enhanced graphics
