As we all know, Mackie has been in the live sound gig for years. In fact, their original SRM450 was the first active, portable loudspeaker! Breathing new life into the SRM series, Mackie has included a new 1000W amp as well as custom drivers.
While these new hardware additions are welcome, Mackie has sweetened the deal to include some intelligent digital features. For us, these features mean digitally altering the speaker’s final output to match our current application and easily eliminating pesky feedback.
