Steve Lillywhite-Produced Oberhofer Album Out 3/27, Download “HEART”

As we previously reported, Brooklyn band Oberhofer signed to successful NYC-based indie label Glassnote Records (Mumford & Sons, Phoenix, Childish Gambino) last summer. And the band, led by multi-instrumentalist Brad Oberhofer, hit the studio to make their debut full-length with producer Steve Lillywhite.

Recording sessions went down at Mission Sound in Williamsburg, with Brian Thorn engineering.

The first single off the album, the sparkly psych-pop ballad “HEART”, was released yesterday. Stream it here:

The album, Time Capsules II, comes out March 27. And the band plays Bowery Ballroom March 21.
