NYC Event Alert: The GRAMMYs are Back in NYC—Celebrate via “An Evening With RADD” 1/24
The music biz is rallying around RADD, The Entertainment Industry’s “Voice For Road Safety.”
A global non-profit in action since 1986, RADD has been empowering media partners, celebrities and socially conscious supporters to create positive attitudes about road safety and to promote risk-intervention strategies to avoid driving impaired.
This week you can join in by attending “An Evening With RADD” – as they celebrate the return of the 60th Annual GRAMMY Awards To New York, with a party on Wednesday, January 24th at the DL on 95 Delancey Street. Doors open at 5:30.

A top roster of emerging talent will be on the bill, featuring live performances by Hollis Brown, Sir Cadian Rhythm, Susan Ruth, Bria Lee, Brian Owens, Steve Powers, Behind The Bullet, and more.
Reinforcing the message that drinking and driving is NOT an option, guest hosts include Sway Calloway (Sirius XM Sway in the morning – MTV’s “TRL”), Johnny Brennan (The Jerky Boys, Family Guy), plus Red Carpet Host Diva Madonna Williams.
Guests can expect great music that is 100% LIVE, food, beverages, and fun in celebration of the GRAMMYS long-awaited return to NYC.
Credited by the US Department of Transportation with saving young lives, RADD promotes lifestyle solutions to avoid drunk and drug-impaired driving and riding among ages 14-34.

Can’t make it to the bash? Think about other ways you can help. The organization is in need of RADD celebrities to record radio and TV PSAs for distribution by the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), and is raising funding to supply RADD prevention materials to colleges throughout the country.
