Remix KT Tunstall for Indaba Contest Judged By Tunstall, Producer Jim Abbiss and EMI’s Zach Hochkeppel, Win $$, Blue Microphone
Indaba has launched another stellar remix contest, this one with UK-based singer/songwriter KT Tunstall.
KT Tunstall recorded “Tiger Suit” in Berlin at Hansa Studios with producer Jim Abbiss.
The challenge is to remix the single “Fade Like A Shadow,” off Tunstall’s latest record, Tiger Suit, conveying the emotional content of the song in your own unique way.
The judges are: Tunstall, Tiger Suit producer Jim Abbiss (Arctic Monkeys, Adele, Sneaker Pimps) and Zach Hochkeppel, Senior VP of Marketing at the EMI group.

One grand prize winner (decided by the judges regardless of popular vote) will receive $1,000, a Baby Bottle mic from Blue Microphones, a feature of their track on KT Tunstall’s official website and Myspace, and a two-month trial platinum membership to Indaba Music.
The second and third place winners (one each, also decided by the judges regardless of popular vote) will receive a Yeti USB mic and Snowball USB mic from Blue Microphones, respectively, a feature of their track on KT Tunstall’s official website and Myspace, and a two-month trial platinum membership to Indaba Music.
15 Honorable Mentions (decided by popular vote) will receive a 2 month trial Pro membership to Indaba Music.
