RightsFlow, a NYC-based leading licensing and royalty service provider, announced it has entered into an agreement with Qello, a new cloud based multi-platform digital syndication service.

Qello has named RightsFlow as a service partner for royalty administration.

The deal provides Qello with a one-stop service for royalty reporting, ensuring that rightsholders are properly compensated for the use of their creative work regardless of the platform.  To date, Qello has secured arrangements with the three Performance Rights Societies in the US: BMI, ASCAP and SESAC.

Qello maintains the largest catalog of HD concert films including The Rolling Stones, Eminem, and other artists. It will monetize these assets and other entertainment programming across multiple devices, including tablet, mobile, IPTV, web, and gaming console markets.

RightsFlow will be a service partner to Qello, handling administrations of the company’s royalty obligations.
