Sony/ATV Completes $2.2 Billion Purchase of EMI Publishing

Over 1.3 million additional songs are now under the control of Sony/ATV, courtesy of its just-completed acquisition of EMI Music Publishing.
Bandier is the NYC-based chairman of Sony’s publishing arm, Sony/ATV, which completed its $2.2 billion purchase of EMI Music Publishing on Friday, June 29th.
