SoundToys Announces Version 4.2 – 64-bit Support for Logic X, Audio Units, Windows VST
SoundToys has more bits to add to the mix.
SoundToys raises the game with Version 4.2, plus offers up a Summer Sale ending August 18th.
The Vermont-based developer has announced the release of SoundToys version 4.2, which features 64-bit support for Audio Units and Windows VST formats. The release covers their complete line of real-time native hosted plug-ins.
With V 4.2, SoundToys plug-ins are now compatible with Logic Pro X, Ableton Live 9, Digital Performer 8 on Mac, as well as other 64-bit Audio Unit hosts.
On the PC, 64-bit VST hosts such as Cubase, Nuendo, Sonar, and Ableton Live 9 are now supported.
According to Sound Toys, more news on VST Mac, and AAX support for Mac and Windows, is coming soon.
The latest upgrade is free for all registered SoundToys V4 users, all Boutique Series owners (Radiator, Little Radiator, Devil-Loc, Devil-Loc Deluxe, and Little MicroShift). The installers can be found in the SoundToys account of all registered users now.
