Steinberg Releases Cubase 7.5 and Cubase Artist 7.5 Updates
Steinberg’s flagship DAW, Cubase, has gotten a turbo boost, adding new functionality from workflow enhancements to instrument and effects additions.
A major update in the latest version, now Cubase 7.5, includes new TrackVersions. This new feature is a much more flexible version of traditional playlists that allow for easy auditioning, alternate takes, alternate auditions, etc.
Track visibility, another workflow improvement, allows users to easily focus on a specified set of tracks like drums, guitars, vocals by toggling between them. This allows for improved navigation and quicker editing.
Cubase version 7.5 creates a new landmark for workflow and native resources within a DAW.
The Cubase and Cubase Artist 7.5 updates are being released today, December 4th, 2013. While we did cover a few of the major updates, there are a slew of other new features that the update includes.
