Taking Back Sunday Signs Publishing Deal With Razor & Tie

One of Long Island’s finest emo exports, Taking Back Sunday, are celebrating the 10th anniversary of their Platinum-selling debut album, Tell All Your Friends, and their new publishing deal with NYC-based Razor & Tie Music Publishing.

Over their career, Taking Back Sunday has been active in soundtrack placements in film and TV with ties to films such as Spiderman, Transformers and Fantastic Four; TV placements including Friday Night Lights, Degrassi, etc; video game tracks for Tony Hawk, Madden and more, and strategic partnerships with companies like Verizon and ESPN.

The band, which is now back to its original Tell All Your Friends lineup, kicks off their 10th Anniversary U.S. tour Oct. 4, which will feature special guests Bayside as main support and a variety of openers along the way. The two Terminal 5 dates (Nov. 23-24) are already sold out.

Taking Back Sunday is Adam Lazzara (lead vocals), John Nolan (guitar, vocals), Eddie Reyes (guitar), Shaun Cooper (bass) and Mark O’Connell (drums).

The band is managed by Jillian Newman and represented for touring by Matt Galle at Paradigm Agency.
