Vintage King Announces Neve 2264ALB 500 Series Module

Vintage King Audio has announced the release of the Neve 2264ALB 500 Series Mono Limiter/Compressor Module. This stands as the third 500 Series format module from AMS Neve, along with the 1073LB and 1073LB EQ.

The 2264ALB is the third 500 series module from Neve.

The new Lunchbox unit has an MSRP of $1,395.00, and debuts at the 131st AES Convention in New York City. Vintage King will begin shipping it November 2011.

Additional information on the Neve 2264ALB 500 Series, according to Vintage King:

“Crafted in England by Neve engineers,the 2264ALB retains the unique sonic characteristics of its predecessor by using the same architecture, matching components and original hand-wound transformers. Discrete, Class A/B design, transformer coupled circuits used in the input; the innovative bridge-driver design, side-chain and output stages ensure a faithful reproduction of the classic.

New features include a slow attack option that’s ideal for bus work, a multi-color Signal Presence indicator LED, and a universal, portable form-factor.”
