A Totally New Approach to Bus Compression (…how to “Invigorate” your mix)

Justin Colletti shows off an entirely new way to approach bus compression, using the latest Newfangled Audio plugin, called “Invigorate“.

This new plugin, released today, allows you to blend between different pleasant side effects of compression such as pumping, breathing, hard and soft clipping, saturation, harmonic distortion and more.

In this walkthrough and demo, Justin gives a mini masterclass on how to use and listen for the pleasant byproducts of compression on mix bus, drum bus and individual tracks.
