Best Buy Union Square Hosts Erin Barra Ableton Workshop Tonight, 4/28

NYC singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Erin Barra is holding her latest in a series of Ableton workshops in a free event which takes place tonight, Thursday April 28, 6:30 PM at Best Buy in Union Square.

The Best Buy event will also feature a live performance and will be streamed live via http://www.liveatbestbuy.com.

Barra regularly uses Ableton Live to manipulate multiple control surfaces in conjunction with a vintage Wurlitzer and Hohner Melodica.

In performance at Best Buy, she will demonstrate her Live setup and share techniques and tricks for live vocal processing, looping and remixing, beat making, audio effects and more. The event will run from 6:30-7:30 PM.
