Brainworx Releases Two Mastering Plugins: bx_refinement & bx_saturator V2 Native
Choose your path – With two new mastering plug-ins from Brainworx, users can tame the beast or unleash it. In a decision that we may spend too long deciding on, how about using both to master the sonic realm?
Simultaneously available for native and UAD-2 for the first time in Brainworx’ history (see details here on the UAD release), bx_refinement will remove unwanted ‘harsh’ frequencies without altering the original characteristics of a track. Conversely, bx_saturator V2 is a new and improved version of their original plug-in that can refine perceived loudness in mastering applications, or crush it to introduce a more in-your-face sound.
Both bx_refinement and bx_saturator V2 are available now for $199 MSRP. Compatible with Mac and PC, the available formats are AAX, AU, Audio Suite, VST, and VST 3. Here are more details from Brainworx:

The bx_saturator V2 is an M/S & multi-band saturation tool which can be used for mastering, mixing and sound-design. It features Brainworx´s “True Split” crossover technology, which ensures that the Mid and Side channels are always perfectly in phase, creating focused, large-sounding mixes and masters.
