Joe Lambert Masters Black 47, The Fiery Furnaces & HBO Doc

Joe Lambert mastered Black 47‘s latest record, Bankers & Gangsters, at his DUMBO facility, Joe Lambert Mastering. The NYC-based Celtic/folk rockers will play three CD release parties at their longtime haunt, Connolly’s, this month.

Lambert also mastered The Fiery Furnaces’ newest album release Take Me Round Again, for Thrill Jockey Records. The Brooklyn formed brother-sister duo, Matthew and Eleanor Friedberger will be releasing a “Silent Record” this year as well with notation and instructions on how to play their music.

Lambert also mastered the music for Stick Figure Productions’ latest documentary, No One Dies In Lily Dale, which will premiere this year on HBO.

Lambert’s also recently mastered projects by Blame The Patient for Club Rock Records, The Berg Sans Nipple and Boy In The Bubble, and Darwin’s Poems’ Mass Of Time, NYC-based composer Michael Montes‘ Sacred Noise, and Mayer Hawthorne’s A Strange Arrangement for Stones Throw Records.

Additionally, Lambert mastered YACHT’s Pro Afterlife Remixes for DFA Records featuring Alexi Murdoch, Corporal, Earle Stevenson, Frantic Clam, and Hot Chip.
