Producer Synematik Now in Residence at Music Works NYC

Music Works NYC, the studio founded by Groove Collective percussionist Chris Theberge, announced that the prolific producer Synematik has taken up residence in their Upper West Side facilities.

A composer and multi-instrumentalist, Synematik recently signed a global co-publishing deal with Stellar Songs/EMI. The Nigerian-born producer has collaborated with award-winning producers/entities including Roc Nation, Stargate, Bad Boy, Seven Aurelius, Dennis Ferrer, and more.

Synematik’s latest project is the single “Fireman” for the Vested In Culture/Sony Epic artist Kat Dahlia. “Fireman” offers a preview of Kat Dahlia’s highly anticipated debut album, My Garden, slated for release in September 2013, and is one of several songs that Synematik has produced for the project.

Synematik-produced singles with artists signed to Columbia Records, Universal, Atlantic and Virgin/Capitol are all slated for later in 2013.

His music-to-picture credits include The Academy Awards, Jay Leno, Rock Center, WWE Smackdown, HBO NFL Series, PGA Golf, and FIFA World Cup.

Music Works NYC is a boutique music recording, voiceover, and production facility, featuring studios designed by platinum engineer Christos Tsantillis (50 Cent, Patti LaBelle, The Roots, Diddy) and built by Michigan-based custom studio builder Ken Capton (Eminem, Kid Rock).
